A day spent strimming!

I finished off the most recent cut in the church yard and was just getting to the end when the Keep Kineton Beautiful team turned up and set about removing ivy and general overgrowth from some of the stones. 

Next week we'll be cutting back the grass in the wild areas to let the wild flowers have access to the ground for their seeds. Autumn is not far away!

My blip is actually two long(ish) exposure shots of the strimmer head, I couldn't quite get the effect I wanted so I have blended two together.
