Hearts

It’s strange this weather - normally on a Bank Holiday weekend our village is full of people setting off walking, but today . . . hardly any. I think people have looked at the forecast and sensibly decided that being caught out by downpours whilst walking in the hills is not a clever idea and have done something else.

I have had a day of reading and stitching. I am now caught up with the 52 Stitches project - this is number 34 Hearts. It’s not really a stitch in itself, just a couple of open chain stitches.

I am quite pleased with how this book is working out. It’s amazing how ‘one a week’ adds up. It’s not really a book though, it likes to spread out. I don’t mind.
