Today's the day ..................... to rally

One of the most popular events in the Kirkcudbright calendar took place today - the Classic Car Rally.

If you like that sort of thing, it is apparently a spectacle to behold. The town centre was filled with hundreds of classic cars of various ages and styles.  I cheated a bit (because it's not really my thing) and stayed at home.  And then, because eventually they all had to go home, they came past the front of the house where I could see them in action.

Here's a nice red one - and if it is your thing, you can put a name to it ....................!
