Monday already?

I believe it was a bank holiday today but it kind of passed me by as I’m not working any more. It’s been 5 years since I enjoyed my last August bank holiday just before I took early retirement.

It was a day of dog walking, supermarket and knitting until Miss PHL arrived after finishing work. Made a version of paella for dinner before Mr PHL headed out to his art class which has swapped from a Thursday to a Monday.
Miss PHL and I are watching quiz shows and enjoying a cheeky glass or two of wine.
