Self storage

Boy what a day!!
Finished dismantling my bed, bubble wrapped my headboard & mattress and storage bagged my bedding.

Once youngest son N & DiL S arrived in the van, S drove it :-), with the help of D & L, my neighbours from either side, we loaded the van, not everything fit sadly, so a second trip was needed to my rented storage unit in Bury…… as you can see my stuff only just fit in!!

We managed to grab a sandwich & drink en route and finally finished unloading the second smaller load at 8.15pm ….. then I drove across to Lincoln, got there just after 22.30, worn out and ready for a well earned rest, C had a large glass of Red waiting for me :-) Big thanks to N & S, D & L and also M, who joined us for the major unload at the storage unit, I couldn’t have done it all by myself, you’re all stars :-)) C & H both offered to help, but being on the east coast made it infeasible.

3 months to recover before I have to do it all again in December when my new house is ready :-/
