Bosque del Pueblo at sunset...

Today was fun. Instead of a bunch of ok pictures and having to pick one, there was a bunch I liked. This is the one that appealed to me on the third pass thru the pictures. It was even worth fighting off the hordes of mosquitos to take the pictures.

Pueblo del Bosque is the riverside area at the Montano Bridge. Bosque means woods or forest. This particular woods has lots of cottonwoods and a few other kinds of trees. The bosque is some of the prettiest areas in New Mexico. Cottonwoods are spectacular, graceful, interesting trees.

Today, I am grateful for the day I was given, the way I feel when walking, the way the dog enjoys the walk, the golden lot of sunset and cold water when we got home.
