As they say...

... the proof of the pudding is in the eating. And it was delicious, even if I say so myself!

Making the Blackberry and Apple Crumble with yesterday’s blackberries was just one of the seventeen chores I managed to tick off on my list today. Others weren’t completed so successfully: still no progress on the leaking roof insurance claim, still no reply from the Home Care company I contacted two days ago, still no sign of the District Nurse who was due to call today. A cloudy day but much warmer at 21 degrees.
