Wheat in the barley

Another lovely day and we even had the hammock out.
There were jobs about the house and shopping to do in the morning but the afternoon was spent outdoors - sewing, gardening, lazing in the hammock and running.
The run was quite hard work, the field edges are uneven and overgrown in places, also my legs were still feeling the effects of the hill climb, but it was good to be out. The rapeseed field has been harvested and the barley looks ready.
This evening I've been doing part of an online first-aid course which is needed to renew my jog leader licence. Yesterday I did a safeguarding one and I'll finish the first aid tomorrow.
