Sinking into oblivion

Although we're much better we're quite likely still infectious so we didn't go to church, one of the other leaders was able to use the material Mr Rat had prepared.
We spent a lot of the day pottering around catching up with the things we hadn't been able to do in the week (as long as they weren't too strenuous) and watching a chaotic and exciting stage of the Vuelta - much of it while also doing other things.
I also went for a walk and visited the old graveyard near the castle.
Tomorrow should be more normal, though I don't suppose much running will be done, walking was okay today as long as there were no hills involved.
