Sunrise swim

Our friends and us were on the beach by 8am at St Cast and the ladies swam for half an hour whilst R and G walked / ran the dogs up and down. Breakfast was a croissant then home for coffee and fruit.
Then after showers we headed out to Dinan which is lovely . We had a great lunch and wander, it wasn’t too hot to go down to the port and back up Rue Jerzual .
Off to a seafood restaurant tonight
