Pollok House Bridge

It looked cooler than it was, overcast and it had been raining. I managed a very slow 6k around the park stopping frequently. I should have waited another hour or so for the temperature to drop.

Yoga with Alison this morning, all good, and admin this afternoon which for once I quite enjoyed.
