Sleepy Coda

This is a hasty blip before I climb into bed! I'm exhausted after playing golf in our Church Charity golf day. The weather was appalling - rain, and winds gusting at 70km!  It was impossible to stand at times, and the game was abandoned after eleven holes!  It really has not been good golfing weather recently.
So the 19th hole was well supported! We had delicious snacks and good company. My partner and I managed to play reasonably well, but not well enough for a prize.
Hopefully the outreach programme for our local disadvantaged community will benefit from money raised.
Back home hubby and I watched some of the SA/Australia cricket. Good to see our Proteas playing a better game.
