Pretty In Pink

One of the last flowers on the Hydrangea, and it’s the only spot of brightness in what has otherwise been a grey, windy and wet day. The holiday really can’t come soon enough!
I managed to get to the gym this morning but the afternoon was mainly spent talking to a very nice lady at Age U.K. in Chester, following mum’s recent dementia diagnosis. She will be calling round to see her and assess what level of support will be required going forward. I was able to give her some background as regards the situation with my sister, which she said would be very useful.
More packing this afternoon. The case is looking very full now but, worryingly, there is still quite a bit of stuff on the settee, looking for a home. I’m sure it will all fit in with a bit of juggling, but I have a feeling that any souvenirs we bring back will have to be small ones.
