Today's the day ....................... to re-visit

The first time we stayed here - it was 1973 and we were on our honeymoon.

Now I know that fifty years is a long time but to be honest, we're finding it quite hard to find any similarities between this very large, modern and very luxurious hotel - and the traditional country house hotel that we came to on our first night of wedded bliss!

However, we aren't going to have any trouble in enjoying our stay here over the next few days.  We have a few things planned - and we're very happy to be re-visiting this part of Scotland which holds lots of memories for us both ...............

PS  Update after dinner (See extra)  A delicious dinner - and when we said about the anniversary, this arrived from the hotel kitchen to absolutely make our day!
