Into the canyon

Backblip on Wednesday night...

This is Monday, and the beginning of our adventures in Hocking Hills, Ohio with Al's little sister Renee and her husband, Terry.

This hike is one that Al and I did many years ago, and would not have ever attempted again if Al hadn't totally recovered from his balance problems.  Renee and Terry had never been here, and had no idea what we were getting into!

But boy were they brave!!  This hike is really intense, and there are many scrambles and cliff edges on the way.  We just took our time, and were so proud of ourselves when we made it back alive!!!
