GP rang me to tell me my xray shows arthritis of my shoulder and neck. She asked me what I'd tried already when I said the pain had worsened, spread an d also movement reduced and I wondered if ibuprofen might help so she has prescribed it for a fortnight - not good to have it for long as I have gastritis and reflux! She is referring me to the shoulder clinic - musculo/skeletal team. I was hoping it was calcific deposits again as they can be dealt with more easily than arthritis.
