Cake Surprise

"Cake Surprise" - Cakes, with cakes on top.  

We do have an excuse for a Bluebird Café Afternoon Tea; really.

The term X Surprise being X with X on top stems from a children's book the boys had years ago which was an alternative / modernised take on classic fairly tales.  In these versions Jack went off to the shops for provisions and won 'Baked Beans Surprise' - I assume a giant was subsequently involved but the only thing that really stuck was the use of surprise in this way.

This was much tastier, and eventually required use of a 'doggy box'.
