Brightness on a dull day.

I turned to the garden today for some brightness and there was a slight break through at lunch time which gave the light on these stunning cornflowers. I couldn't resist there wonderful shape. They were bees on them but they seemed to be choosing the tattiest flower heads. This one nearly got away.

There were lots of bright poppies today too but this is my choice. More flowers I think while I am marking.
