Time Jump

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I spoke to Kitty Cat today.

She and Marsh had decided to pop out for a couple of pints in our local last night. They hadn’t been there long when one of her friends walked in. She sat beside them and started chatting and they assumed she was just hanging with them until whoever she was meeting turned up.

Five minutes later, another one of Kitty Cat’s friends appeared in the pub and also sat down at their table.

Friend 2 looked quizzically at Marsh and asked if her and Friend 1 should give their husbands a shout to join them.

And Kitty Cat realised that the night out in her diary for next Friday was in a week later than it should have been!

Lucky she was already in the pub!
