Cool running

A beautiful evening for running and what better terrain than on trails.

I've been officiating at a 5 Km race near Wigan tonight. I don't usually travel so far to officiate so it was great to see different faces and help out at a different race.

It also meant my rubbish jokes were unappreciated by a different audience!

In other news there isn't any.....
