Hydrangeas

I had arranged to meet M this morning for a walk with Scout.   It started off a bit chilly but we soon warmed up and did a lovely walk, chatting all the way.  Back for a coffee and a piece of cake.  She is a good friend and we have known each other for 33 years and just 'get' each other.

Home for a quick sandwich and OH home from golf before a few hours in the garden planting more bulbs.  I did another cheeky Sarah Raven order yesterday, so will need yet more compost.   OH cut the grass and I snapped a quick picture of the hydrangeas in the front looking lovely.

A beautiful October day.

No.1 had a workshop at Maggies - and went on the bus - small wins and hopefully the workshop was useful.  Looking forward to her coming home for a few days at the weekend.
