Shiny

This is an interesting process, this Blipfoto.

Some days there's nothing to say to the outside world. Just a tiny snippet of something that made me laugh, or stopped me in my tracks.

Other days there's nothing new to say at all : ran, emptied the laundry basket, admired the ironing pile, wrote an email.

And then there's a day like today : go to the MAH for the sale and get a coolbox for $4, wander round the Santa Cruz Japanese Fair, on overload with colours and smells, then spend twenty minutes watching two ladies peacefully creating ikebana arrangements. Come home and walk down the hill to see the classic cars, which have closed Capitola to traffic for today and tomorrow.

Complete overload of picture opportunities. The shiny cars won out over the kimono clad ladies. Lots and lots of shiny cars.
