Oh dear

The kitchen can’t just be painted. Too many problems with the plaster and ceiling. The first plasterer who came to look suggested I need the whole of the back of the house (outside) re rendered. And that the damp proof course is useless:-( He made me feel so depressed - and stressed.
There’s a second one who is coming to take a look. I hope he’s more pragmatic- and kinder. Seems nearly ALL trades people like to say that everything that has been done before is badly done, or the wrong thing.
