We had a very slow start this morning, chatting, delaying getting dressed, ironing and porridge making til after 10am. Both had some phone calls about our elderly people to deal with then I sorted Sa some tickets for her to go to see the Beyond the LBD exhibition and the Grayson Perry one whilst I was at a meeting at this place….brought back some memories! Was a gathering of my fellow Chairs from other Scottish institutions and nice to meet some new people in person, also good to see familiar faces serving tea and sorting the a/v!
A few people couldn’t attend in person because of the threatened storm, but other than one downpour the whole day here has been calm and grey rather than anything else.
We moved from discussion to dinner fairly seamlessly, and was home earlyish where I caught up with Sa and heard about her day and we watched a documentary about Sinead O’Connor which was interesting.
