End Of The River

Under my feet when I took this photo was what looked like a storm drain but was in all probability just normal run off. The view is of the end of the creek at Penryn looking seawards.

First stop of the morning, the framers to get the drawing of Paddy I received as a birthday gift framed. Manny, the artist who drew it, works there so although we had an idea of what we wanted we were guided by her. I’m looking forward to seeing the result in a week or two when it’s ready.

Next stop was what we used to call a “pocket money” shop, selling quirky gifts, cards etc and now gearing up for Christmas. Given the prices you would need a lot of pocket money, we got what we needed, I’m pretty certain the recipient will be happy with the birthday gifts.

Home on the bus for coffee and cake before some final work on Friday nights Trafalgar Night Dinner seating plan. Not normally time consuming it becomes so with numerous seating requests.
