Warm enough this morning to do outside jobs until my back told me it was time to stop.

Because I’d eaten a larger than usual breakfast I decided to skip lunch and go to Rydal Hall for coffee and fruit scone . . . and some photos.

No fruit scones left so it was just a cappuccino. I’ll have an early tea and am having pud (apple strudel and ice cream) so will get plenty of calories.
