Canal life

Very last day of our big tour. MrKT was up and out early for a cycle ride up the coast. I eases my way out a bit later and went for a run round the harbour and streets of Hoorn. I loved coming across the canals, and houseboats along the way.
On the way down to the ferry port we stopped for some shopping - lots of random and mostly unnecessary items - and then for fish and chips. Yum.
On to the ferry at 3.30 and sailing away at 5pm. Bye bye Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia. It’s been a great trip.
