Carol's Cup Cakes

Here they are fresh out of the oven - lemon curd filling with a merengue topping - they taste better than anything I have had before especially slightly warm !

Si finished yesterday, & Brian came this morning to look at a couple of fencing jobs I need doing. He is busy right up to end of July - but I can wait.

It rained in the night & it is now a windy morning with the threat of more rain to come. At the moment (10.00) the sun is shining...
