Today's the day .................... to relax

So lovely to have friends Morag and Stuart to stay for a couple of nights.  

Stuart is giving a talk tomorrow afternoon at The Stewartry Literary Society, entitled 'A Writer's Journey – from Samoa to Drumchapel, and All Stops In-between'.  We'll be there to support him of course, but today there was time to go for a walk out along the shore of Kirkcudbright Bay.

The above was taken just as we returned to the car - and just before darkness finally fell.  A reminder that the nights are slowly but surely drawing in ....................
