Fartnarkeled Flowers
Playing with the originally very colourful photo (see my Extra) showed up the strength of the shadows. When the colour is compromised, the shadows become disproportionate within the composition. Fascinating! It's fun fartnarkeling, but I think I prefer the original.
Monday's our regular Family B day, helping out. Been a difficult week for the family as little Miss B is waking up to six times a night (which she never remembers in the morning), and the young master's teeth are giving another painful push, so he's not his usual sunny self. Our daughter's putting one foot in front of the other and grabbing zeds as and when she can. It will get better. (LMB is loving school, but I suspect she's so wired that it's affecting her sleep. Hope in time the sleep patterns will normalise, whatever that is.)
Saw her after school. She's learned to do forward rolls and proceeded to demonstrate all round the house. The young master crawls twice as fast when he wants to reach his sister and enjoyed a game where she stood legs apart, making bridges for him to crawl under. So lovely to see them interacting more now that he's growing mobile. LMB told her brother, "Tomorrow you'll be one and you'll be able to walk"! :-) Well, it probably won't be long.
