Colour and light

There is always colour and light (Sondheim). .  Woke to lashing rain, grey skies and a lot of wind though, after a bad night with the back where pulses of pain meant I couldn’t settle luckily I managed an osteopathic session which though it made it sore did free things up a bit.  

As the day unfolded the wind stayed but we got some beautiful autumn sunshine. The kitchen window is always good for a blip as I keep a lot of flowers there  and the wisteria turns yellow.  One of the last dahlias catches the sun. 

Walked a bit with Woody over lunch trying to keep away from the woods as i thought the odd branch might descend

Good session of notes on ep 3 - we’re getting there. 

Quiet day although manage to sell a lot on Vinted that I’d stoked up over the weekend.  The trick is not to buy any more!
