Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

At the gym today, a man came in with his career and was helped from his mobility walker onto a treadmill to do his walking workout.

One of the instructors was chatting to him at the end and he mentioned his age - 93!

People really are amazing sometimes.
