COAL TIT ON COCONUT

I managed to capture our resident coal tit on the coconut on our feeder today - yeah.  They are so quick on that and never stop moving.  It's not the best of photos but it could be worse.

Hubby phoned the appointments team again today, still no movement.  He also spoke to the Surgeon's office.  Apparently the secretary whom we sent to email to decided NOT to BOTHER the surgeon with it as he was so busy!!!  What the blinkin' 'eck!!!!

So we're now trying to instigate our medical insurance.  Not sure whether it covers it.  The insurance company have told us what to do we now have to wait for a reply from the Surgeon's office again.  Apparently he is registered with them, so that is good.  However the office seemed to think that this procedure isn't available privately!!!!   We have been promised a reply later today!!!!  So we will wait and see.  Not something we wanted to do but as we're getting nowhere and questions are being ignored we don't have a lot of option.  We will just have to find the funds for our part of going private and let the insurance company sort the rest of it out.  Fingers crossed something will come of this.

I'm saying all this on here as I know it doesn't go any further and I just need to keep a record for myself as I will never remember it all otherwise!!!
