Use of a swo-hat?

I finally remembered to take a blip at the fun HEMA club, instead of a boring lampost like the last Wednesday blip.  People with swords are much more exciting.  I've been really enjoying getting back into longsword, although the heating was on in the hall tonight and it was very warm behind the fencing mask!

At the end of the class there's always half and hour for sparring.  For those of us without the gear there's a couple of foam swords.  This is J (who almost gave me a black eye with one last week) and B just before J executed a beautiful zwerchhau to B's head.  Following this, B invented 'Black night' rules ,where if you got hit on the arms or legs, then they were out for the round.  This led to much hopping on one leg and waving around a sword in one hand, and calls of 'It's only a flesh wound' etc. etc.  Good times.
