Pretty Pansy
We were up early so we could get as much done as possible. Hubby headed out after breakfast to seed, fertilize, cover and water the bare patches he’d readied last week. I collected the perishables so they would be ready when my sister arrived to pick them up. Jamie finally provided his Christmas wish list. Had trouble ordering both items I chose. It seems one is simply out of stock. The other one will be here in a few days. I opened one of the gifts I’d bought for our German friends so I could wrap it. They obviously sent me the children’s version. Spent hours trying to find a replacement that could get here tomorrow. This wasn’t how I intended to spend my day. My sister and BIL stopped by. She found me the cutest soup bowls for Kim. They came with extra platters. Hubby also scrubbed the white parts of our home and got our Christmas stamps. This is my second blip attempt. The first one was just too busy. And these sweet pansies will freeze before we return so they get the spotlight. I hope you had a pleasant day. Stay safe. Thanks for the visit and nice comments on the roses. “Pretty Pansies, For the eye to behold, A delight in the garden, With flowers so bold, No matter the season, They cheer all year through, And they're here on this card blip, With special wishes for you!”
