An early start

Blipped on the way down the hill at 7am. We left the car with #3 daughter and took her the remains of the fridge and my birthday flowers. We saw the children to get a quick hug then just missed a metro so had a cold 15 minutes wait.

Airport was busy. The only place to get a breakfast was ordering using QR code which took ages to scroll through and order. Give yourselves an hour as we still have no food 20minutes after ordering. It saves the company money with less staff but is not convenient if you want to get a plane.

Gosh I’m getting grumpy and we have another 36 hours to go!

Posting now as I’m not paying EE for roaming from Paris despite Mr C saying he’ll treat me to a glass of champagne to celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary!
