Sleeping peacefully

It was not a great day for photo opportunities. I opened up the church halls, in torrential rain, before 9 for a coffee morning.

I then atttended a funeral of a member of the congregation: Hamish Glen. He had lived a full life to the age of 93. He and Alison had 3 sons one of them, Iain, a well-known Scottish actor,

Then my wife had a friend round and I worked on papers.

This evening Strictly did nothing for the dog who fell asleep on my lap for a few hours. He looked so peaceful.
