Monday

No Pilates this morning as I had a psychiatrist appt at the same time. That went better than I expected. 
Home.to the sofa, cups of tea and tv . 
Later I went to Ocean Terminal to get Harris a squishmallow,  and I had enough in vouchers and points to buy myself a book. That felt good. 
Home via the new road which I can't get used to, catching the sunset.
