Hooses o Houlls Water

A beautiful sunrise, soon clouded over.  Rain started in the afternoon and hasn't stopped.  Calm most of the day, but winds picking up.

Another day off and up early.  Headed out walkies after breakfast.  Me and Sammy headed north for a walk, trying to get my steps in before the rain.  Picked up sister Laura in the afternoon, and we popped by mam in hospital.  She's had a MRI scan today, waiting on results.  An evening of chores, and some me time with the jigsaw.  Early to bed.

I heard there was mootie trowe hooses (small troll houses) on the loch, and went to investigate.  A steep but short climb up the hill, and we reached the loch.  There was a big polycrub, some small Scandinavian houses and then out on the skerries some small croft houses and a lighthouse.  There various things like this dotted around Shetland, I love it and need to do something similar on mam's croft. Taken at Houlls Water, Delting.
