Waiting

He's been waiting patiently with me for over 30 years, in lots of different places. His ears and tail are looking a bit worse for wear now,  but nothing that the occasional application of pencil lead won't solve.

Our van insurance is due shortly, and slightly shocked by the huge increase in the premium, I thought it may be worth trying to find a cheaper quote. Wasted most of the morning discovering  that it wasn't!  Looks like we'll be going with the present company.

After that, I needed some time away from the computer, and spent 3 hours gardening - pruning, weeding, tidying. Very therapeutic, though I suspect that I'll feel it tomorrow!
