Notes: Slept a little better but still awake 12a-something and then up for good ~430a. Decided to walk thru the lights while it was still dark - think I got some better pics yesterday tho. Had coffee and put on some holiday jazz. Cool morning but warmer day. Had the fireplace w/ heat on until it got light. Quiet morning and then 1030a crawled back in bed after feeling the heavy tired and woke groggy and from deep dreams at noon - felt like I'd slept all night and was very out of it for awhile! Had a big salad and some warmed sourdough just before 2p, finished w/ the last piece of pumpkin pie (Ellen had one and took one with). Looks like chances of rain all morning so not getting the bike ready. Later in the evening, I started getting the meat-hook-in-the-middle-of-the-back feeling again like I had earlier this year. Tried to do some stretches and rolling on a tennis ball but didn't help much. Even w/ nap, still so tired and to bed early.
