Another sunny day - two days in a row, we’re being spoilt.

I haven’t been down to the River Weaver at Bartington for a long time, so this morning I headed there and had an hour or so walking to and from the horse bridge just beyond Dutton Locks.

There were a lot of rowing boats out, both young women and young men, and it all looked serious stuff. It looked good fun as well though.

The extra is a view of the horse bridge and the railway viaduct over the Weaver from Dutton Locks. We’d had an overnight frost, and in shaded areas it’s still lying as the daytime temperature has not exceeded 4°c. It is suddenly feeling like Winter.
