Zooming into the seasonal meh... ;-)

This is not so much an Emergency Blip as an excuse for what happens when the birds pointedly refuse to land on your carefully set up and baited camera trap! Yes, I know, by the time I get up tomorrow it will have been picked clean of sunflower bedecked peanut butter...

The berries on the holly tree are being nibbled and won't be here to see in Yule. I thought I'd better get a shot in before they all go. This is in fact a zoom burst but with the central berries overlaid from a second static shot.

Janet's car doesn't make that annoying grinding noise from the steering pump any more, albeit her bank account is now making a whining noise of it's own... and like any good and competent garage, they've dug up half a dozen other urgent remedial jobs to pay for their Christmas celebrations...
