Unique Day

Like every day we started with breakfast, a nervcited Sam gearing herself up for a big day. Off she went to the Rugby Club, three hours before kick off, time to get herself set, change without rushing and warm up.
Their opponents, Kingsbridge, arrived in good time and at 2:30 it was game on.
The game was played with great spirit and sportsmanship, we just need to get Sam to not apologise to players each time she tackles one and knocks them over!
The lead constantly changed hands until at the final whistle Falmouth were the winners 25-22. Scenes of absolute joy as Falmouth Ladies won their first match. Onwards ladies.
Having subsidised Sam’s post match drinks with Joshua also supplying a pitcher from Sweden, (via Dad), as well I slipped off home for an hour or so with Mrs S before she headed off to work.
A very happy Sam arrived home around nine and was in bed and asleep not long after.
