What a crazy mad day - 20,000 steps, starting with the Arc de Triomphe, a wander down the Champs-Élysées, a trip to the top of the Eiffel
Tower (the tickets including champagne worked a treat as the top was closed other than for advance tickets. I had two glasses of champagne and the rest of the afternoon was a blur), a wander past the Louvre pyramid - hence the Blip, a walk to the lovely Hotel de Ville Christmas market, then a very long search for somewhere to eat. We came back on the Metro, which was just short of mental, so we’re back at the hotel with a large bag of chocolate, contemplating tomorrow.
