Brave ladies

Another very hot day in Germany...very humid as well.

I did spend a bit of time in the sunshine.....check the brown feet!!!
This evening I went to teach a Kettlebell class - I teach 5 ladies in my neighborhood....today we made the class 30 mins later and we did the class outside. It was so humid and muggy....I took it easy, giving them enough water breaks.
After the class we all jumped into the pool with our gym clothes still on...what a wonderful feeling to cool down that way.
