Reading to a packed church this afternoon.

Our 11 year old did really well with his reading to open his school Carol concert in the parish church. Grandparental pride was much in evidence. This concert was like a ray of youthful sunshine on an otherwise very cloudy day!

On our way home the local GP surgery was closed for a staff Christmas party. They do an amazing job and this time off today was truly well deserved.
