This morning I had the phone consultation with a consultant at the plastic surgery unit. He thinks the thing on my chest is pre-malignant and will have to come off. The thing on my nose may be able to be scraped off at the same time otherwise they’ll try to do a flap from my cheek. I’ll be sent an appointment. The wait is around 2 months. It’s good to know it’ll be done reasonably quickly.

This evening we drove to Gosforth and met the family at the metro station and got on the train #2 daughter and the boys were on. We walked from Haymarket to the required park entrance for the light walk.

It was the best one we have done. Pretty coloured trees, laser lights, changing colours on balls in the pond and so on. The children loved it. At the end they got Churios then we treated them to a ride on the big wheel.

We were delayed on our walk back to the metro as James wanted his photo taken by Shearer’s statue. Unfortunately the light was wrong so we’ll need to go back in daylight.
