Tinsel

I got into work this morning to find that almost all the tinsel I’d hung around the supports in the office had fallen down. So I put more tape on them again to hope they stay up a bit longer this time. When my colleagues started arriving, they were all amazed that the office had been decorated but couldn’t work out who it could have been. All kinds of conspiracy theories were floating around but as I was not at work yesterday and very few people know that I’m studying Japanese, I was not under suspicion at all. In the end, our manager sent an email to the whole library to say thank you to whoever put up the decorations. Oops, maybe this has gone a bit too far!
