Shamrock blossoms

It was just a drippy, rainy, snowy day today. I snapped some of my shamrock blossoms that are always present and got my blip done early. I did don my rain gear and took myself for a walk. I even stayed dry except for my face.
I tried my hand at making a three ingredient peanut butter cookie. It's perfect for someone who can't eat flour or dairy. 1 cup PB. 1/2 sugar and 1 egg. That's it. I did add a few tiny chocolate chips. They aren't too bad. I might have to try one more just to make sure ;-)
